• With other users: your profile, vehicles, and builds are visible to other CrewLink users as part of the platform's community features.
• With crew admins: crew administrators can see member information relevant to managing their crew.
• Service providers: we use third-party services (e.g. Supabase for data storage, Vercel for hosting) that process data on our behalf.
• Legal requirements: if required by law or to protect rights, safety, or property.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (hosted on AWS infrastructure). We implement row-level security policies, encrypted connections, and secure authentication to protect your information. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

In accordance with POPIA (Protection of Personal Information Act), you have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Object to the processing of your personal information
• Withdraw consent at any time
